My bakery has been developing ‘look-a-like’ gluten-free products since 2009. Since the pandemic, the company has been developing and wholesaling gluten-free and plant-based foods with a focus on pizzas. The company wants to satisfy the growing demand during uncertain times by wanting to increase affordable healthy food to low income communities locally, regionally and nationally. With the growth plan the company will be able to create jobs. Having a resilient food brand is the solution in order to to move through uncertain times with confidence and predictability. The company wants to commit to the future, rethink risk and embrace collaboration that can help my small company fight above weight class, embraced new technologies and unlock growth. My company has been pivoting through the changing COVID19 safety rules, mask requirements and vaccine mandates, supply chain delays, rising inflation, a labor shortage and other challenges as it clawed its way to recovery.
