About Us

Woodside Properties LLC is a local business run by Alex Yan. Our LLC started to acquire properties in the City of Seattle since 2014 and began to list them on Airbnb in 2016. We've moved to our own website in order to offer visitors a better value by enabling them to directly book our properties without any middleman. We pride ourselves as great host who offers excellent value and services for our accomodations to our guests. Our countless great guest reviews are testaments to our success.
