Meet the Creator
Liz Davis, Breath Master Instructor, Life Coach, Acupuncture Detox Specialist and Reiki Master Teacher
I am a person who transformed into a healthy version of myself after years of living with unaddressed PTSD that led to obesity. I’ve taken the adversities of my life and turned them into lessons of growth and the enjoyment of my uniqueness. I enjoy art and the ability to tax to express things I don’t have words for. I receive people and groups where they are on journeys of change. I enjoy helping others through their
process of transformation. Hearing how my personal and professional work inspires others to consider healthy changes for themselves excites me.

Patricia Valentine
Master/Teacher
Growing up in rural California, working in the cotton and every other kind of fields, attending the Coptic Church where my Grandfather Bishop Enoch Amey would heal people with his hands all the time. It was something I was used to and thought healing this way was mainly because he was a special man of God, and he was.
Years later I learned about Reiki when I received it from my good Friend. I was so excited and impressed by the results, I had to know what she was doing. She put a name to it, she said “Reiki” and I knew then I wanted to know more about these hands-on, connecting Qi skill, because this was the same skill my grandfather possessed.
My life’s work was centered around healing touch, as a cosmetologist, Esthetician, Massage Therapist, and makeup artist. My ambition is to help people look better, feel better, heal, release/let go.
Currently, My Person is a mother, a Grandmother, Reiki master, Reiki Instructor with Black Power Reiki, through HolisticU, as well as an Ancestral Grief Circles facilitator.

Our Patients
One of a kind!
It was actually kind of lethargic, because at the time I couldn't remember what it was, but I was really upset about something. It was because she said to put intentions in, I put all my intention into being able to handle whatever that situation that I was really absent about, but I can't remember what I was mad about, personally I think I would always go to another circle with you, even if I didn't know you because I like the way you teach, you show your compassion, you really do. your wanting to listen to what other people say

Feeling relaxed!
Lately I’ve been feeling tense from all the stress I’m getting from work and the new baby. After I discovered meditation through this business, things have gotten so much more calming and relaxing. I was hesitant at first but after I gave the breathwork and meditation a chance, I felt amazing! The service was great! The owner there was so kind and made sure I felt comfortable. I’d go here again!

Great services!
